The 2001 Atlanta Street of Dreams at Harbour Point Yacht Club
Harbour Point Yacht Club, a unique master-planned community located on the shores of Lake Lanier in Gainesville, GA, will be the host of a six house Street of Dreams luxury home tour. The event will run from September 15th through November 4th, 2001, Thursdays through Sundays. Expected to attract over 45,000 visitors, it is the first "water oriented" Street of Dreams ever held in the Atlanta area.
Marblehead Manor Harbour Point Yacht Club contains over three miles of shoreline; a Yacht Club featuring a fitness center, tennis courts, two pools, restaurants, and a private marina. It includes several luxury home neighborhoods, and spectacular lake and mountain views. The show homes for this event will be totally furnished and accessorized by the finest Atlanta-area interior designers, and priced from $800,000 to over one million dollars.

Location: From Atlanta, take GA400N to Exit 17 (Hwy. 306/Gainesville). Turn right onto Keith Bridge Rd. (Hwy. 306). Travel for 7.8 miles to where the road veers to the left. Turn right onto Dawsonville Hwy. And cross the bridge. Proceed 1.1 miles. Harbour Point is on the left. Or: Take I-85 north to I985 Exit 20 (Hwy. 53/Chandler Rd.). Exit left and travel west on Hwy. 53 approximately 11 miles. Harbour Point will be on the right. This will be the 12th Street of Dreams produced in the Atlanta area by Street of Dreams, Inc., the nation’s largest and most experienced producer of luxury home tours. Since its founding in 1986, the company has produced over 60 of its trademarked events, which draw an average of 50,000 visitors per show. |
