The Las Vegas Street of Dreams is being held in the fall of 2000. The show will be held in the prestigious luxury community, The Estates at Seven Hills. The show will feature 9 custom luxury homes ranging in size from 4 to over 7 thousand square feet and priced up to $2.2 million dollars. The event will take place over a six week period between September 16th and October 29th.

The show site will be in the Venezia neighborhood within Seven Hills. Venezia is a guard-gated enclave of prime home sites on a high plateau that directly overlooks the Rio Secco Golf Course, two of the golf course lakes, the clubhouse, the Las Vegas skyline and the surrounding mountain ranges. Amidst this breathtaking scenery, the 9 builders, their architects and interior design teams will concentrate their energies and talent to create 9 multi-million dollar homes showcasing the newest concepts in luxury living and new-home technology. Showgoers to the Las Vegas Street of Dreams will experience the ultimate in luxury living and be able to speak to a variety of building and design professionals about the latest trends in home comfort, entertainment and the practical "miracles" of home gadgetry. Various show sponsors will also be on hand to demonstrate their products and services to the tens of thousands of patrons who pass through the gates each week.
El Cortijo The most recent Las Vegas 1998 Street of Dreams at the Terracina neighborhood in Seven Hills featured five builder/design teams. The showhomes incorporated unique and unusual features including many that were introduced to Southern Nevada for the first time. The artwork alone in one of the showhomes was valued at around $1 million. A huge success, the 1998 Street of Dreams introduced upwards of 45,000 people to the nation's most successful single-site housing and luxury lifestyle event.
