The San Diego Street of Dreams is now open in the exclusive North Poway community, The Heritage. This year's show will feature six custom luxury homes exquisitely furnished and ranging in size from 5,400 to 8,000 square feet. Situated on expansive one-acre sites, these on-of-a-kind homes are priced up to $3.0 million and will feature the latest technological advances and the most luxurious high-end building and design features. The event will run daily, except Mondays, for five weeks only from September 30th through November 5th.
Chanteclair Overlooking the spectacular Johnny Miller-designed Championship golf course at the brand new Maderas Country Club, The Heritage Golf Estates is a private, gated enclave of one acre and larger custom home sites. The breathtaking views in a setting convenient to all of San Diego, The Heritage, with its estate-style sites, is the perfect setting for the trademarked luxury home and lifestyle event. Showgoers to the San Diego Street of Dreams will experience the ultimate in luxury living and be able to speak to a variety of building and design professionals about the latest trends in home comfort, entertainment and the practical "miracles" of home gadgetry. Various show sponsors will also be on hand to demonstrate their products and services to the tens of thousands of patron who pass through the gates each week.
Legends of the Fall An exciting element to this year's San Diego Street of Dreams in the inclusion of the 2000 ASID Designer Showcase Home at the Street of Dreams. It is the first time in twenty-five years that the American Society of Interior Design, San Diego Chapter (ASID) Designer Showcase has appeared at the Street of Dreams, an addition sure to bring added fun and inspiration to the unique single-site tour. Part of the largest organization of professional interior designers in the world, the local chapter of ASID has more than 400 professionals and allied members.
