2001 Street of Dreams at Troon Highlands Estates
Five top Valley custom home builders and six interior design firms are joining forces to produce the 2001 Street of Dreams set for Oct. 20th - Nov. 18th at Troon Highlands Estates in Scottsdale.
Builder: Joseph R. Stotts Construction Interior Designer: Interior Motives The parade of palatial homes, each encompassing approximately 5,000 square feet and demanding a price tag of $1.2 to $2.5 million, is being produced by Street of Dreams Inc of Woodinville, Wash., the nation's premier producer of luxury home tours. Located near Happy Valley Road, the Street of Dreams is located in Troon Highlands Estates, a luxury 50-site, custom home community on the north face of the McDowell Mountains in Scottsdale. Surrounded by a mountain preserve, Troon Highlands contains 50 hillside homesites on 60 acres of land, elevations up to 3,000 feet and fabulous mountain views.
