Las Vegas Street of Dreams 1998, Seven Hills Vision Craft Homes, Inc.
Nevada's first Street of Dreams was held at the Terracina custom home neighborhood in The Estates as Seven Hills from September 19 through October 25. Five teams of Las Vegas-based custom home builders and their architects and interior designers have concentrated their talents and efforts to create a series of multi-million dollar homes that showcase the newest, richest and most innovative concepts in luxury living and new-home technology. Each of the elegant homes overlooks a breathtaking, 180-plus degree expanse of the entire Las Vegas valley from a position approximately 650 feet above Lake Mead Drive. They are also located directly along a fairway of the Rio Secco Golf Course. The show homes range from approximately 5,300 to over 7,000 square feet and are valued from approximately $1.6 to over $2 million, excluding art and furnishings. Unique and unusual features are incorporated in the various homes, including many that are being introduced to Southern Nevada for the first time. Artwork alone is valued in that area of $1 million in one show home.
